Citizens, Different yet Equal: Free Access to Culture for All | Seminar Proceedings
The publication “Citizens, Different yet Equal: Free Access to Culture for All” brings together the proceedings of the seminar series organised by the Hellenic Ministry of Culture to promote accessibility and the equal participation of persons with disabilities in cultural life. Through presentations, case studies and examples of applied practice, the publication showcases contemporary approaches to inclusion in culture and serves as a valuable resource for cultural professionals, researchers, educators and organisations seeking to advance accessibility in their work. Off Stream contributes to the volume through Stela Anastasaki’s chapter, “In contact with art, beyond sight: Accessibility practices and insights from the pilot project Mind’s Eye | Touching Art”, included in the section “Contributions from Disability Professionals and Experts.”
