Off Stream’s Presentation at the “Dimitris Hatzis” Cultural Venue

On 4 February 2026, Off Stream took part in an event organised by the Deputy Mayor for Culture of the Municipality of Ioannina at the “Dimitris Hatzis” Cultural Venue, in collaboration with Maria Vlachou (Acceso Cultura, Portugal). Invited by Maria Vlachou, Stela Anastasaki presented Off Stream’s work and practices on cultural accessibility. The event also featured Marilena Koukouli, who presented the work of Liminal, followed by a discussion with the audience.
