Off Stream collaborates with The Bee Camp to create original environmental education material addressed to children 5-12 years old with and without visual impairment.

The goals of the educational program are to understand the process and the importance of pollination, the interdependence of the flower – bee – human organisms, as well as to promote the equal participation of children with and without visual impairment in environmental education.

The project APPROACHING is realized within the framework of the “Points of Support” program, which is co-financed by the Ioannis S. Latsis Foundation, the TIMA Foundation, the Foundation for Social & Cultural Projects – KIKPE, the Captain Vassilis and Carmen Constantakopoulos Foundation, the A. G. A few words about The Bee Camp

The Bee Camp is the first organization in Greece that deals with the protection of bees and other pollinators. In the face of the gradual decline of the world’s pollinator population due to human activity, The Bee Camp reconnects people from the cities with nature by illuminating the interdependence of organisms and ecosystems. Through the education and the implementation of environmental awareness and protection events, The Bee Camp’s mission is to make the world a better place for both people and biodiversity.
